FarmFax was a join Dragon Data and Government scheme to try to get Farmers to use computers in the day to day running of the farm. A specially branded and subsidised version of the Dragon 32 was produced and a number of farm related software titles were made. One example of Cash Planner has the price of £171.25 on the box, showing that these were not cheap.
The slogan on the back of the box reads: "Farmfax is run by Farmers for Farmers. We identify your needs from our own practical experience and produce programs to satisfy those needs-simply."
